TERMS OF SERVICE

User Agreement

By purchasing my services (art), you agree to all the following conditions. Please read this thoroughly and carefully, I will refuse your commission if these terms are not agreed to.You may not use my art for any and all AI related purposes. You may not use my artwork for NFT related purposes.Please do not repost, reuse, or claim my art as yours or for profit in any way. Do not make prints, merch, or other goods using my art unless we have discussed beforehand (such things may come with additional commercial use costs).I reserve the right to post all commissioned work as samples or portfolio work on my own social media and websites. In the case of character design commissions, I will retain ownership of my own artwork but the character itself will belong solely to the client.I reserve the right to sign/watermark all of my own work. Only the commissioner will recieve a full-size image without the watermark via email upon completion of the piece.I reserve the right to refuse any commission, for any reason. I also reserve the right to refund the paid amount for any unforeseen or unavoidable conflict that may result in my inability to complete the commission to a satisfactory standard.

Ordering

If you are interested in placing an order, you can contact me via Twitter DM or email initially. All following correspondence will be done via email for organizational purposes. If I am not currently open or slots are currently full, you will be notified at this time.I do not offer or maintain any sort of waiting list at this time.When sending your emails, please make sure to include as much information as possible. Please use concise and clear wording so that I can deliver the best possible service. All quotes and discussion will be agreed upon before an invoice is sent out.I will usually give an estimated time of delivery via email. Processing time can take anywhere from one week to several months depending on workload and the type of commission ordered. Keep in mind things like VTube models take the longest. I am willing to work on a deadline (example being a birthday gift or a debut), however I do need advanced notice and for it to be discussed upfront with me.

Processing and Payment

I tend to work on commissions in small batches (ie. sending out several sketches at the same time rather than focus solely on a single commission).I will initiate all transactions. To avoid accidental transactions and refunds, please do not send any form of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission and have sent the invoice. If payment is not received in a timely manner (48hrs) from when I have sent the invoice, the commission will be cancelled.Full payment is due upon receiving the invoice. If needed, I am willing to spilt payments but it must be discussed and agreed to in the initial order. Commissions will not be started until payment has gone through.As I make sure to send progress WIPs at varying stages, revisions are limited. Once the commission is completed, I will only offer ONE free minor revision/edit if the mistakes were mine(wrong eye color, something I missed in a ref, etc.). If you want something added or edited that was not addressed in the previous approval phases additional charges will be applied. I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.All prices are based on $USD. The client is responsible for all currency conversions.All sales are for digital products and my intellectual property. Nothing is ever intended by me or the client to physically be shipped to them.

VTUBER COMMISSIONS

Vtuber Model Ready for Live2D

I am rather new to making models and therefore my sample selection is not the largest yet, but I hope to expand! If you have any questions as to what is provided, feel free to reach out to me.What you'll receive with your VTube model commission:

Extra assets and expressions are separate.I am willing to work with you or your rigger to make minor adjustments to make sure you are completely happy with how your model is cut. Please remember, if you wish to keep your model secret for any reason (until debut etc.) please let me know. As stated in my TOS, it is likely I may post WIPs or occasionally stream progress unless I am otherwise told.

Base prices are listed below. Price may vary depending on complexity of the design, outfit variations and accessories. The Design+Model price refers to the option that I am designing a model for you from scratch (you do not have a current reference/need me to completely design the character from the ground up).While I currently do not have a sample, I am also willing and able to do a Chibi-style model and have listed the price difference below. You can see some of my chibi work in my standard commission section if you're curious.

Additional Asset Quotes

This is not a comprehensive list. If I've missed something or you're unsure the cost, please always ask. I can give a quote based on the complexity of the asset. I've included some samples below with estimated final prices to hopefully allow a better understanding of what designs/additional assets might cost.

Live2D Rigging

As I am fairly new to rigging, I am currently only offering prices for rigs using my own models. You are more than welcome to only purchase the model from me, and either rig yourself or find another rigger. But I do NOT currently offer rigging another artist's model. If purchased together, I can offer some discount and can make adjustments on the fly to the artwork if the rig requires.What you'll receive with your Live2D Rig commission:

All prices listed below are starting prices. Base price includes all standard rig movements ( Head and Body XYZ, Hair Movement/Physics etc/). Base price also includes 3 simple expression toggles (Blush, Sad, Angry). All additional expression toggles, or complex expressions fall under the listed extra costs below.

I do not currently have the ability to test Vbridger extras such as tongue, cheek puff and mouth x, therefore am not comfortable offering a price on something I cannot test on my end. If you'd really like these settings, we can discuss pricing but all the testing/settings will have to be done solely client-side. Again this is also not a comprehensive list, if you have an idea or want to know if I can do a certain thing, feel free to ask and I can give a quote.

I also offer PNGTuber commissions for those who prefer the style or those on a budget. Pricing

Complex character designs (detailed armor/costumes etc.) may result in additional charge. All such charges will be discussed and agreed upon upfront. All prices listed are starting/base prices.All standard commissions are presented on a white or simple textured background. Transparent backgrounds are available upon request if preferred. If you wish to have a more detailed or specific background, there may be additional charges. Keep in mind I am more comfortable drawing characters than I am environments.
